A few years ago, a breakfast of avocado toast was a treat. Nowadays, it’s become a mainstream staple for many people. Spicy Fried Egg Toast
Toast a slice of your favourite bread, top with some avocado slices and a fried egg and finish it off with a sprinkle of chilli flakes. This zesty breakfast will be sure to keep you satisfied all day long.
Smoked Salmon and Onion Toast
Prepare the toast by toasting a slice of bread, topping with mashed avocado and garnishing with some fresh pieces of smoked salmon and sliced red onion. I love this combination for a weekend brunch treat!
Sautéed Cherry Tomato Toast
Sauté a handful of cherry tomatoes in a pan with a dash of olive oil over medium heat until cherry tomatoes have burst and are softened. Season with salt and pepper and place on top of a slice of toast topped with mashed avocado.
Sautéed Spinach and Goat Cheese Toast
Wilt spinach in a pan over medium heat with a dash of olive oil. Top toasted bread with sliced avocado, salt, pepper and the wilted spinach. Add a fried egg for extra protein if you’d like!
Sweet Strawberry Toast
Top your regular avocado toast with some fresh sliced strawberries, chia seeds and hemp hearts for a boost of protein! This sweet breakfast will leave you feeling satisfied for hours.
