- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 cups of spinach leaves
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
