Fresh Orange Popsicles
Recipe makes 10 popsicles.
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 3 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
- 4 tbsp natural maple syrup
Directions:
- Fill a small pot with water and place on the stove over medium heat. Once boiling, add the carrots and boil until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
- Add the carrots, orange juice and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle mold, insert popsicle stick and transfer to the freezer to set. Enjoy!
Tropical Popsicle Treats
Recipe makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (from a can)
Directions:
- Blend fruit and 3/4 cup of the coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer fruit mixture into popsicle molds and top with the remaining coconut milk.
- Insert popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer to set. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups brewed green tea (strong) – you can use your favourite tea blend here instead!
- 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Lemon zest (optional)
Directions:
- Mix the green tea, honey and lemon juice together.
- Pour into popsicle molds and top with lemon zest.
- Insert popsicle stick and transfer to the freezer to set. Enjoy!
Chocolate Fudge Popsicles
Recipe makes 6 popsicles.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp natural almond butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth and transfer to popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle stick and transfer to the freezer to set. Enjoy!
