5 Easy Ways to Spruce Up Your Avocado Toast

A few years ago, a breakfast of avocado toast was a treat. Nowadays, it’s become a mainstream staple for many people. I love this breakfast and there are many ways you can spruce it up to add some protein and flavour. Spicy Fried Egg Toast

Toast a slice of your favourite bread, top with some avocado slices and a fried egg and finish it off with a sprinkle of chilli flakes. This zesty breakfast will be sure to keep you satisfied all day long.


Smoked Salmon and Onion Toast

Prepare the toast by toasting a slice of bread, topping with mashed avocado and garnishing with some fresh pieces of smoked salmon and sliced red onion. I love this combination for a weekend brunch treat!


Sautéed Cherry Tomato Toast

Sauté a handful of cherry tomatoes in a pan with a dash of olive oil over medium heat until cherry tomatoes have burst and are softened. Season with salt and pepper and place on top of a slice of toast topped with mashed avocado.
