I am the founder of Shulman Health and Weight Loss where I have had the privilege of implementing 1 on 1 personalized programs to help individuals lose their weight and live their best lives. We are proud to be Toronto’s #1 holistic weight loss centres, and I have helped thousands of clients from coast to coast.
My love for nutrition began at a young age—I even hung pictures of herbs and spices on my wall at age 11! I was always keenly aware how food impacted the way you feel physically and emotionally. I completed an Honours degree in Psychology at Concordia University, went on to become a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am proud to say I have practiced for over 20 years in the natural health care world with individual clients, speaking, lecturing, making media appearances, writing and blogging.
Today, my passion and priority is to empower women of all ages by providing them with the proper programs, education and information to navigate their health and weight naturally. Women deserve this information. I can’t wait to share my highly successful programs with you!

Sustainable & Individualized Approach: My philosophy is simple—don’t follow any weight loss program or nutritional approach that you can’t see yourself sticking with for 5 years or longer. Over-restriction backfires: instead, consistent steps that work with your body naturally create lasting results. I believe we’re all bio-individuals—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution! My approach focuses on balancing hormones, gut health, and blood sugar levels to lower inflammation and boost metabolism—and it really works!
