- 6 Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and protein powder until combined.
- Slice each date open and remove the pit.
- Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of the protein-peanut butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
