Frozen yogurt berry popsicles
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or coconut milk or almond milk yogurt for dairy free option)
- 3 tablespoons of honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
DIRECTIONS
- Stir yogurt and honey/maple syrup together and add the berries.
- Fill popsicle molds with yogurt mixture and freeze.
