I am a huge smoothie lover. I find it is the quickest and easiest way to have a superfoods start to the day.Enjoy this classic chocolate banana smoothie rich in fibre and protein.
1 cup of non dairy milk (oat or almond milk)
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of ground flaxseeds (for an extra fibre boost)
Blend on high and enjoy!
Please note: You can put collagen in your protein smoothie as well. My favourite collagen is Vital Proteins
