The classic – chocolate banana smoothie

I am a huge smoothie lover. I find it is the quickest and easiest way to have a superfoods start to the day. Enjoy this classic chocolate banana smoothie rich in fibre and protein.

1 cup of non dairy milk (oat or almond milk)

1 frozen banana

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 tsp of ground flaxseeds (for an extra fibre boost)

Blend on high and enjoy!

My favourite blender to use in the AM is my NutraBullet -takes up very little counter space and so easy to clean! I also use it for making all my salad dressings.
